I’m a people-oriented operations professional with a background spanning finance, frontline leadership, and organizational systems. Across roles in retail, higher education, and accounting environments, I’ve consistently been drawn to the work happening between people and processes—where communication breaks down, workflows create friction, and teams need structure to do their best work.

Early in my career, I supervised frontline teams in a high-volume retail environment, where I learned firsthand how leadership, training, and trust directly shape employee and customer experience. I later moved into accounting and finance roles within complex institutions, supporting budgets, systems, and compliance while working closely with faculty, administrators, and cross-functional partners. Those experiences reinforced something that stuck with me: even the most well-designed systems fail when the human side is overlooked.

That realization led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations, where I focused on employee experience, organizational change, and data-informed decision making. My academic and professional work has centered on improving how organizations navigate change—through clearer communication, better documentation, and inclusive processes that respect the people doing the work.

Today, I’m building toward roles in people operations, employee engagement, and HR-adjacent functions where I can combine analytical thinking with human-centered design. I’m especially interested in environments that value thoughtful coordination, continuous improvement, and workplace cultures where people feel supported, heard, and able to grow.
